Completely agree, he and Hargrave should be there. Love seeing CMC sand Kittle there and setting the tone. We have unfinished business and I'm tired of seeing Deebo crying on the sidelines and then not be there with his team.

Let me start by saying I agree with the OP. But you're trying to incorporate the idea of highschool or college athletes being there for the younger guys mindset. Or corporate America that the experienced guys should be there for new hires day one to train them up, build camaraderie, morale, etc. That does not exist in pro sports. I'm sure some vets do show up to OTAs and enjoy coaching up the young guys, but from what I've seen and read, they don't. If it's not mandatory and I'm making millions anyway....yea im going to take one more vaca before the most grueling training camp and season begins for any sport.
You want a pissed Deebo with you.

I'd never hate on any player skipping these voluntary ota's. I'd be enjoying my family.

This is his job.

Deebo haters confuse me

So does Deebo hate himself?

Its not hate. It called expectations.

Lol right. Why don't you have this energy towards Nick Bosa?

Lol

The double standard.

Double Standard? Is it when Deebo agrees?

You were also concerned about him missing week 1 of OTAs but as I said he's posted multiple offseason workouts where he's in noticeably better shape (he works out with a trainer and a group that includes Saquon, Hopkins and OBJ) and has subsequently shown up for week 2 of OTAs and this week's mini camp.

OTAs were a subject because of 2022.

From his own words the 2022 contract drama impacted his offseason and he's getting back to his 2021 routine.

Exciting stuff.

Gonna be sick if we have anything near the 2021 Deebo with CMC having a full offseason. Not to mention QBs that will throw all over the field.
Deebo probably starting to feel Ayuik becoming Kyle's go to guy. Was he out of shape because of the lengthy contract negotiation? Getting paid and then showing up out of shape is a bad look
