Doubtful. Would cost him a fortune
He better start working out like a 1 wr and not get shut down by the best secondary in the league next year when we rematch the chiefs.

Are you sure? I thought giving notice made a number change acceptable without cost.

We saw sparks here and there of 2021 Deebo. I think ultimately he is gonna be a 1000 to 1200 all purpose yardage guy. The wild part is look at the salaries of guys on second contracts producing like that. I think the receiver market overall is inflated. Unfortunately I can't see it cooling off for 2 years minimum.

The 1000+ yard from scrimmage doesn't bother me if he hits 1000 or higher fact is he had 12 TDs & IMO proved why he's 1/1
Yeah because it's stupid on multiple levels

It's stupid, but are we really surprised by our fans?

I was thinking about Deebo's future. I wonder if he'll be moved to the slot if the team can find another quality WR to play on the outside. That way they would be able to put a real speed threat and man beater on the field outside while keeping Deebo on the field and helping him do what he does best by allowing him to attack space and work the middle.

It makes too much sense!!!

(playing him in the slot more, not trading him, lol)

Why is it stupid? You just said in another thread 2025 is the year we make decisions on our old talent. Trading Deebo saves 6.8 million. You'd get more now than a year from now. Plus it's in a class with a slew of playmakers available.

To me Deebo was a perfect Jimmy G weapon. Not sure he's the perfect Brock weapon.

I'm not saying we SHOULD trade him but contrary to popular opinion it would save us money this year

This offseason? It would be like 20mil in dead money, we would be really stupid to trade him now. Next offseason, sure, I'm on board for that too.
