Nah it's not gonna be BA. he would have been moved yesterday if the right offer came up

I predict a trade to Wash for 67 and 100. Or 67 and pick swap

Doesn't trading him cost a huge cap hit? I don't believe it. If they trade him or Aiyuk we aren't winning jack s**t next season.

We save 6.8 million

Ah. I can't see it tbh. He's a team leader etc. makes no sense.

Lol, Silver is never right.

Deebo won't be traded until next year.

He was right quite a bit this offseason….also it's one of those open-ended statements using the word "likely"

sucks he's dude on this team. He's the vibe and was part of the core that built this team into what it is.

They eat $21.7M and save $6.9M. It actually increases his trade value because we're taking on so much of his DM.

I'm not moving him for anything less than a 2nd rd pick. They don't have to trade him.

Just my opinion. I don't think this pick changes much for 2024. Ricky will assume the role as primary returner and be eased into the offense as the 4th option. I think this pick could signify a few things. The team could be transitioning to more 11 personnel looks within the offense. Juice isn't getting much younger. This is quite possibly Deebo's last year as a niner. I've never believed Aiyuk was going anywhere nor was Deebo this season. Deebo's physical style of play won't lend to a long career into his 30's imo. Releasing him next year saves about 9 mil I think. There should be trade interest as well. Either way I think this might be Deebo's last season with the team.

Ricky gives Kyle another man coverage counter after Spags went man coverage dominant against Kyle with success in the super bowl.

Trade him now, he not built long term with the way he plays, thanks for the memories but we need fresh legs

100%. Trading him now during the draft saves us $6.9M but given the fact that we're eating $21.7M of his contract, it definitely increases his trade value. And according to https://overthecap.com/salary-cap/san-francisco-49ers if we trade Deebo after June 1st, then we'll only eat $6.6M while the other team pays $22M so you'd have to find a willing trade partner.

If we traded Deebo during the draft and received a high 2nd round pick, I don't think any player we draft will have the same impact to Deebo. Not even close. We are still in win now mode and Deebo knows our system and is a great leader and teammate. I think it would be an absolute mistake to trade him this year. But next year though, I think he gets moved one way or another.
Trading Deebo now makes this team worse and that's just on the field. The locker room would take a hit also. I think they run it back this year.

Worse? He couldn't get open against man coverage in the SB. We need to move away from the gadget stuff, we don't need it as much now with a legit QB.
I don't want to trade Deebo this year but if they get a 2nd I don't hate it.

Same. While I would understand the move, It would tell me they aren't all in for this season and are more about keeping the participation trophy.
