Keep exposing your lack of football knowledge. What Deebo did is a speed cut on a timing route. You might want to learn ball before commenting on s**t you don't know about it.

One of the worst parts of social media is all these pseudo film analyst tards thinking they can evaluate film when they have no clue what the f**k they're looking at.

Well, I do coach the game at a 5A program here in the Midwest 🤷‍♂?. The coaches chatted about it for a good 15 minutes this morning. He stemmed out a bit on an inside route, looked early, rounded his route, and probably came out too shallow.

Your credentials are better than ours though I'll get them up to speed

edit: who cares. Let's see what johnnydel has to say about it.

Oh, wow, look--a former NFL player agrees with me. I feel sorry for any kid you "coach" in a program you're involved in.

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape, friend. Drink some water 🤣🤣. It was a s**t route, one deebo is known for. I'm surprisingly unsurprised Kyle would draw that play up for deebo and not jauan.

I hadn't really thought about it before but it makes sense that having Aiyuk out is taking Deebo out of the game as well. Normally teams would put their best defender on Aiyuk but now they can put him on Deebo or even bracket him to keep him from getting open. Jennings is still able to get open but he's not a YAC threat so they're more likely to not put their best defender on him.

Watching deebo not really challenge vertically is pretty similar to how he runs his clearing routes for other wrs at times. He's been known to not go all out sometimes if his route isn't the primary read

Deebo might see the #1 defender a little bit more without Aiyuk, but no #1 Cb is following Deebo around either. I think the bigger problem with Aiyuk out is that he was capable of beating and creating separation against man coverage. This hurt us even more this week with Kittle being out. Before we would see teams playing both man and zone or one based on what that teams strength was. Teams have figured out that the Niners will carve up zone defenses and they should just play man coverage. Our WRs struggle to get separation against man coverage. Our QBs biggest strength is anticipation throws in zone coverage. And honestly our play-calling seems to struggle to create man beaters. But that still doesn't change that fact that we are paying Deebo top money and he is playing like hot garbage.
