Not a coincidence that the broadcast team was going out of their way to bash Deebo and show a bunch of footage of him being covered. Then of course his costly drop, which was justifiable to bash him.

You can't blame him for Kyle deciding to force feed it (hell it might have been Brock) to him. Doesn't matter if Deebo got defensive (when he's been bashed all season, for s**t out of his control) and mentioned not getting opportunities. Even if he does/says that... it doesn't mean you have to throw it to him when he is covered by multiple people..or tight by one. Kyle just doesn't have any creativity left. Those Deebo runs out of Shotgun formation have been a waste of downs.

I still feel Deebo just needs a speedster to get defenses to back off and open up the short/middle part of the field for him take advantage of his abilities. Kyle has been HORRIBLE at sticking with, and using a deep threat. Teams are just playing us like we have Jimmy G back there again.

Dude are you Deebo's dad or something? These comments are a joke. He complains about not getting the ball enough (which is wrong as his touches per game is the same as always). Then Kyle/Purdy force him the ball and now THAT'S the reason he played like crap? He dropped the ball, false started, whiffed on blocks, and tackled his own player because of Kyle/Purdy making an effort to get him the ball more?

Absolutely ridiculous. He is fat and out of shape, and not playing with as much intensity. Making a ton of mistakes. Cute pregame outfits though, podcast probably doing well. His priorities are clearly not helping the team win.

It's hilarious that most folks online forever calling Deebo "fat" and "out of shape", probably couldn't get past three pumps on their ladies before running out of breath and laying down.

We are talking about a player who is asked to run up the middle against big ass defensive lineman and linebackers... then is asked on the very next play to run some recieving route, or a screen pass. Through out the game... YET HE is fat and out of shape?

I'm the one saying ridiculous things???

I'm 50 years old, under 11% body fat, and can bench press my bodyweight (170) 38 times. Do I qualify to call Deebo fat?

And we're fans who are effectively paying his salary. If Jed said he needs to lose weight, you wouldn't question it. It's a terrible excuse to defend your obsession with Tyshun. I loved Deebo as a player because he gave it everything he had and played above his talent. Now he's soft and playing way below his talent. He fit better with Jimmy's skill set, he does not fit with Purdy. Yet Purdy still tries to get the ball to him.

He's clearly overweight and playing with less intensity, no longer worthy of his nickname. Started a podcast and worrying about his flamboyant pregame attire. He's a cartoon character now, not a serious football player.

Man I don't. A third is generous

A third is beyond generous. He better have some big games at the end or I see like A 6 or 7 as a good deal for us.

A 6 or 7 is like gold getting a 4 for Lance...

Anything beyond a straight cut is more value than he is worth.

deebo is a 5th only because of his name.
Eagles would love him.

but more likely a 6th as you said.

The more of the contract we're willing to eat, the higher the pick we'd get. It's that simple. If the other team is eating the entire contract, we'd be lucky to get a 6th. I'd do that deal right now.

Other option is to let him play his contract year next year and earn his next contract. At least we'd get one hard season out of him. He just doesn't fit with Purdy at all so it's a waste of a roster spot.

in 2021, deebo had to turn into a RB due to a QB who couldn't throw to the outside. Made Aiyuk look like a expendable player even though Aiyuk was getting open most of the time.

move forward to this year and we have a QB who's having a down year and making a lot of mistakes (compared to the two years prior). I've shown plays where Deebo is open and the ball is going elsewhere. The reason the ball went elsewhere was due to another open guy. There's only one ball and it can't go to everyone. Now the time Deebo has gotten the ball he has shot himself in the foot. but so has everyone else.

one down year is not enough in my eyes..

Throwing to the outside has nothing to do with Screenbo. Screenbo has never beaten a DB on an out cutting route in his entire career. He's the stiffest player to ever attempt to play WR.

Jimmy was actually more accurate throwing on out-breaking routes than in-breaking routes. Go back and watch him throwing perfect balls on out-breaking routes to Marquis Goodwin and Dante Pettis in 2019. The problem is he no longer had anybody who could get open on out-breaking routes after 2019.

My God, give it a f**king rest. Yall need help. Like reality is right in front of your face, yet you convince yourself of something different.

He's running just as fast as he did FIVE f**kING YEARS AGO!

Deebo is just not the same player. Out of shape, lazy and is always bringing negative energy to this team. Please trade him.

What do people think we could get for him? Would his previous reputation mean we could con a team out of a first?
Speed is great and everything, if you actually catch the ball lol. I would be ok with a trade tbh

We all know that when he gets a full head of steam his "top speed" is always has been what it's been.

its the short burst speed & ability to create missed tackles that is sorely lacking.

With his current contract we would be lucky to get a 5th.

FUDGE DEEVAH'S DONE..
Deebo is on pace to hav ehis worst full season of his career but considering how bad this season has been for the offense and the entire team I guess it can be exoected. Everyone other than Kittle and Jennings are having down years. Brock. CMC. Aiyuk of course. Trent Williams. Kyle. Just a bad season all around.
Deebo is a bruiser, and being a bruiser is a young man's game. The mentality, approach, and willingness to grind it takes to play that way….all those attributes dull over time.

he may have another period of greatness in him, but not likely. He doesn't have the skill set to be casually great. He was awesome when all he cared about was football. He either needs to refine his skill set or figure a way to only care about football in order to be what he once was.

berserkers age quicker than the rest of us

Ah yes, change the subject when you've been easily proven wrong... you've been doing that for YEEEEARS! Never learn. Just live in delusion.
