I understand that I am completely in the minority here but I have never loved Deebo.
Sure I recognize that he has had some great games and even won some for the 9ers.
I also think he is a diva, not a leader of men and will fumble or get hurt at the worst time in a game.
Also KS is addicted to the stupid bubble screen/jet sweep that doesn't work with Deebo. (anymore)

Almost all WR's in this league are Divas and not leaders. They either want a trade or a pay increase like Aiyuk this past offseason. I mean that's how A.J. Brown ended up in Philly.

Id like to see Deebo get traded during the draft. A: He's declining, B: Maybe his absence will avoid the plays that use him behind the line of scrimmage that fail at the same rate as his decline.

if we look a chiefs, a bold move was trading hill when he was dominating the game. they set themselves up well in draft picks and cap space. on the flip side of that coin is us. we ride a guy til he's worthless then we look for the deal. the old buy high and sell low.

Too big a cap hit to trade or cut. He's basically stuck or you pay to get rid of him now.

We need this guy in order to win. We need to build around our guys that can play while getting rid of the guys that can't play.
How much a player makes won't matter if we are winning. Right now we have a lot of inflated contracts based on this years results.

Didn't we do this very thing with Buckner, trading him at his peak value for draft picks and cap space? You can't say "do that!" and then when they do have people b***h about it for the next five years.

We don't have a Mahomes that can make avg talent look great. So we keep the talent we have on offense maybe a little too long. I mean if it were Walsh we'd probably be shopping Kittle right now as he's going to be 32 next year with a large deal.

No we did the dumb thing with Buckner, we traded a "Young" still developing and dominate DE/DT and got a broken down rookie in exchange while keeping a lesser of the two players Armsdead.

Isn't that exactly what KC did? Traded a "young" WR and really didn't replace him. Hill had his best seasons in the two years after he left KC. Also lets not disparage Armstead. He probably was more consistent a player then Buckner.

Walsh always said better a year early than a year late
