if we look a chiefs, a bold move was trading hill when he was dominating the game. they set themselves up well in draft picks and cap space. on the flip side of that coin is us. we ride a guy til he's worthless then we look for the deal. the old buy high and sell low.

They had Mahommes. Less risky. Everyone except Chris Jones or Creed Humphrey is tradeable.
i think if we cut deebo ok right there, we just improved as a team.

How do we improve by cutting Deebo?

Id like to see Deebo get traded during the draft. A: He's declining, B: Maybe his absence will avoid the plays that use him behind the line of scrimmage that fail at the same rate as his decline.

I don't want to trade him. Not because I think he's good still, but because other teams know the deal about him. It's not like we're going to trick anyone to give up a second or third round pick, or some impactful player. Teams know he's injury prone, probably declining with his athletic abilities, and is not a very good WR.

We will lose the trade if we decide to go that route. If they accept that and say it's a financial decision as well, then I can accept that. But yea we won't get squat for Deebo as far as a good pick or good player.

whoever is out there running routes will be more open and with better hands and less jogging or throttling down during live action.
