Exactly. All of our hopes for the WRs rest on them doing something they haven't done before. I think they're talented, but for someone like Aiyuk, how much can we expect early on when the team can't even hold mini-camps?

Yup same as last year. Minus the mini camps

Good thing is every team is missing the same amount of off season activists

It is very hard to predict healing time for this specific fracture. That area of the foot has the lowest blood circulation of any place in the foot. From what I have read, 12 weeks is the average time for complete healing.

Considering overuse is the most common cause for this type of fracture, the chances of an early comeback would seem slim. You just don't take chances with the feet of a young, talented player like Deebo.

Oh I agree, if he misses a game or two not a big deal. Some doc have said 8 weeks so have said up to 16 weeks lol. No one truly knows

If he's going to break it, this is probably the best year to break it, since we're still not certain we're on course to play this year.
Deebo went live on insta after his surgery and Docs said it went successfully

Jones surgery on foot

This doc says weeks 8-9 after surgery for D1 Athletes.

How did that work out for Trent Taylor last season?

Yes because his foot got infected and he has to have another surgery to clean out the infection and redo the surgery.

If the surgery is a success, no infections around 10 weeks is a reasonable timetable. First game is about 12 weeks out

I get it. I am not saying that Deebo WILL experience the same results as Taylor. I was simply replying to the idea that the doc in the video who used the 8-9 week timetable cant possibly make a blanket statement like that when we have a plethora of examples of that not being the case.
His Jones be broken?

Sounds bad

Deebo was the one talking and said 10 weeks a bunch of times lol. Who knows
Just hope he doesn't get fat

Yeah the time table is all over the place. I do remember Julian Edelman having the same injury in week 9 only to come back in the playoffs & rip s**t up after 8 weeks back in 2015.

Good thing is a lot of WRs have had this surgery and come back just fine. If Deebo misses the first couple games I think that's not a big deal. It's not career ending or anything

I say he's back by Week 1.
this is why I'm not into foot fetishes.
On the plus side he may get some extra weeks to get healthy pending how the virus shakes out.
