Julian Eldeman had a Jones Fracture on 11/15 vs Giants back in 2015...He came back 1/16 for the playoffs and had 10 catches for 100 yards vs KC.

IMO the threshold for recovery is 10 weeks...by week 1 it should be around 12 weeks. I'm all for giving him two more weeks on top of that just to make sure

Every given Sunday folks anything can happen. Besides this is not Shanahan MO. He wants all his best players and the best from his players if they can play.
