If Deebo and Aiyuk get any sort of practice in today then I think they both play Sunday. If they don't practice at all today it's not looking good

What the hell is going on with Deebo? I thought he was cleared, why hasn't he been practicing?

He is probably working on getting back in football shape.

No it's Friday. Even a limited practice would put them on schedule to play.

It's an injury to a tricky area of the foot that could take longer to heal in some people. We all want him to have a long career so I'm okay if the team is overly cautious.

yup, not a ton of blow flow to that area of the foot which prolongs recovery. I also worry about not getting enough training to have his body ready to go all out on game day...soft tissue injury is something to worry about as well .

I would feel better with a full week of practice.
Just watched more Deebo highlights. Watching how he churns his feet trying to avoid tackle take-downs (not to mention his cutting in and out), I can see them being extra cautious with this injury. You just can't tell a player like that to "lay down" when getting tackled. We NEED that dude to beast most of the year. I LOVE watching him play, but getting that extra week or two is worth it if it means only 14 games played.
Sit him. We won't be needing him this week.

We'll need him more this week than the next 2, realistically.
