It says he hopes he can practice today. You said the fact he's practicing today. Hopes and facts are two different things


Maybe if the game gets postponed to Monday, he'll have an extra day to get out then maybe he could play if the game is played on Monday.

Nah he's not playing this week...dude hasn't taken part in a single team practice this off season.

Haha. Im sure if it was up to him he'd be out there. Sometimes they have to protect the player from themselves. It looks like it was more week to week than day to day

Maybe the Niners already decided to sit Deebo for this week for cautionary reasons. Coming to this game, I think the team already prepared to play the Cardinals with the idea of no Deebo and Aiyuk. So maybe even if Aiyuk shows up, he won't be doing anything significantly. Being a rookie, especially missing a big percentage of practices leading to the game, is a major factor you know. The team already practiced, planned and decided to have the other receivers step up or to prepare as the next man up.

Disappointed that Deebo wasn't at practice. Hopefully, he's ready to go next week.

I think Shanny knew he wasn't playing this week at least at the beginning of the week. I'm sure they have a plan (probably already know) when they're getting him back. Just not info we're privy to.

It's all good, don't rush him, we need him healthy for the rest of the year, I think KB is going to have a big game Sunday !

Yeah, we should be ok without him. Hoping to get him back next week, though.

Definitely pulling for KB. We need one of our receivers to step up. He's definitely our #1 this week. Pettis is Pettis. And Taylor hasn't played in a long time. I hope Deebo is on track to get back asap. We'll probably never get to truth from Shanny. Which is okay I get why everything is a secret. Still sucks for diehard fans.

Looks like a lot of us were right in predicting that Samuel would not be ready even if he was close, at this point we definitely do not need him to beat the Jets or the Giants so have him start practicing week three and be ready to beat the Eagles week four.
