Metcalf wouldn't be as good here. The Seahawks really were the perfect team for him and Wilson throws a great deepball.

Great to hear! Deebo, Kittle & Aiyuk with Jimmy G will be nice to see on the field in a few weeks together

How do you know they wouldn't have gotten hurt here?

And Buckner.
I just looked at the college stats for Jeudy, Ruggs, Lamb and Aiyuk, the top 4 receivers in this years draft. All of them played in almost every game in college ove their careers. Already, Aiyuk has missed one game, Ruggs has been hurt and is out this week and Jeudy is doubtful. Only Lamb is okay so far. I guess the NFL is a little tougher than the college game where receivers are allowed to run free. I also agree theat Metcalf may not have been as good a fit here. Wilson is great t throwing the ball downfield and letting the receivers go after it. Jimmy has shown he is more of a short, quick precision passer. Not Metcalf's game.

WR is one of the hardest positions to transition.

Deebo running routes again and practicing is a good sign though.

Certainly appears like it. I don't think it's that the position is so complicated. It's more that college players don't face great defenses very often and WRs aren't asked to block as much as they are in the NFL. The QB/WR play is so much different in college. I guess all the positions are to some extent but there is more focus on those 2.

Totally different injuries!

Podiatrists (foot specialists) have stated soreness is expected while rehabbing and that his current time line seems about right! It's realistic he can be back week 4

He probably meant Trent Taylor. Give him a break...he's a rookie.

Was really hoping he'd be back next week so this is disappointing

Lame but understandable. Just take whatever the original projection is and add 5 to 6 weeks to it and you won't be disappointed.
