Yes. They could have rushed him back week 1 but gave him 3 extra weeks to heal.

Reports say he's still on a snap count going into this week. I think that's just lip service. My guess is he's out there for a good chunk of the game. Niners might just be saying that to catch Miami off guard a little so that they are focused on stopping other players this week, hopefully. I'd like to see him out there more is what I'm getting at, I guess.
