You know what? We're helping Jimmy. Be happy. No way you can cover all of these guys that can separate.

Yay... another small soft WR With AJ Brown still on the board.

LOL. Some of the people who hate the pick have clearly never watched him play. One thing you can't possibly call Deebo is soft.

Same here. Eh, Deebo is solid. I'll get over it by tomorrow. Lol
To all the (AJ brown) people saying Deebo is short.
AJ Brown = 6'
Deebo Samuel = 5'11"

But he's a very typical mold of WR that KS would value. Greater value placed on YAC, less on height/route running. KS has a lot of confidence he can scheme players open, so he wants YAC threat once its in their hands.

Dont ger me wrong I like Samuel more than Campbell BUT if he was looking for YAC because he can scheme them open. Then Campbell shoulda been the pick. So more than Yac obviously
Another scout said this:

Lance Zierlein of NFL.com, who compares Samuel to Pharoh Cooper, wrote the following about Samuel within his scouting report:

"Tyshun "Deebo" Samuel lives up to his nickname (it comes from a tough guy in the movie "Friday") and plays each game like he's stepping into an alley fight. While Samuel is tough and competitive, he lacks suddenness and might need scheme help with motion and bunch formations to help free him against NFL man coverage.

The quintessential ZWR in this system, Deebo reminded me of a young Pierre Garcon. I absolutely love this pick. He's everything that Pettis isn't(physical, tough, alpha dog), so they're going to complement each other very well.

I knew Kyle would love this dude.

You hit it right on the head. Deebo is a total alpha personality and he knows how good he is. I wouldn't bet against him developing into a legit superstar WR because his ego says he won't settle for just simply being a good player. You listen to him talk and he's just oozing confidence!

I just hope when he starts murdering this league he doesn't turn into a TO type down the road.

lol, I'm with ya man. I hope they prove me wrong, but I hate that this is their prototype.

I hate that this is their prototype too. Can't we have just 1 big WR on this team? I know 2 is too much to ask for.
Deebo Samuel against Clemson in 2018:
10 receptions
210 yards
3 touchdowns

Cause New England is riddled with tall dudes at wideout

the irony is that they just drafted a tall dude.

Pretty sure that was like the fifth thing they looked at in their assessment
Everyone guys. Chill out. DeeBo Samuel is better than AJ. Brown about Combine. Samuel is pretty good at Vertical Jump about 39.0 inches than AJ.Brown's 36.5. Samuel is tall about 5"11. A.J Brown is tall about 6"0.

Kyle is a mediocre scout, when Kyle was in ATL all he had to do was scheme elite talent he never drafted. Our offensive playmaker ceiling is the Redskins, and "that's the way it is... That's the way it is..."
I see DJ Moore-ish and I'll take that all day with kyle's offense
