Stafford is good but people act like he is a top 5 QB in the league. He has never won anything and is 33 who has taken a beating in his career so far. And it's not like he hasn't had good wide receivers. He had Megatron. Last season he had pretty good receivers also and one of the better TE's. And it's not like his Oline is going to be much better in LA than it was in Detroit. It might even be worse. Now he has done play on a team now that has a much better defense and better running game. I will give him that.

That's a lazy way of looking at it. When you watch him play his actual play not the players surrounding him you see a QB who manipulates pockets delivers the ball in damn near impossible locations and someone who gave everything to try and win in a city that killed 2 of the greatest careers ever.

And he doesn't have to be a top 5 QB like JTB said. That team has been in the SB, playoffs several times, while having crappy ass Goff as the QB. Stafford is a huge upgrade.
As long as his body holds up, the Rams should be one the favorites this year.
