He wants the big check AND a promise he wont have to take carries...That aint gonna happen. But the funny part is, it wont happen elsewhere either. The wideback gimmick is his whole market.

If this is really true, then you keep him on this contract, and tag him next season. Maybe things change by then, if not he's still gonna have to play at an elite level for us if he wants that big FA contract.

And I doubt he sits out. He's a 2nd round pick that's on a rookie contract. Dude hasn't made that much money yet to afford sitting out for a year.

He's not ever going to be Hill or Adams IMO. He's a perect fit in this offense. RAC monster. Too bad he turned into such a queen

Yeah I think BA's ready to be a number 1 option IMO. And we have Kittle as a receiving weapon too. Obviously it would mean WR moves up the list of draft needs. But Kyle has a good eye for WR talent. Talent wasn't the reason Pettis and Hurd didn't work out

My dream scenario would be a 2022 1st and a 2023 1st. We would recoup both firsts lost in the TL deal. And a 2023 first would have a chance of being the #1 overall pick in the draft.

this is simple. the shanahan way. shanny would have run him into ground. already injury prone. will never pay him top$. just like rb. why would he. shanny system. plug in young guys run em hard while they cheap. good coach. smart on deebo too. now let a dumb team overpay. smart on lynch. everyone wins except dumb team that overpays.

what do you think is fair value for a 1 year wonder? This is not a quarterback. Jets aren't giving us #4.

Deebo isn't a QB but he's the most versatile weapon in the NFL, IN HIS PRIME. He's a top 10 WR and a top 10 RB. There is no one player in this years draft that is close to being as good as he is even by the end of their second year.

His best attribute Is the ability to play multiple positions. I still don't think he's a natural receiver, and if he ends up getting traded, he'll find out just how Important Kyle was for his career. He needs to wisen up and appreciate he has a good coach like Shanny putting him in a position to succeed
