He's doing all of that if you follow him on Instagram you will see.

From ESPN.com ESPN Plus Article, I won't post the full article, just what they said on Deebo, as one of the 15 rookies going to the right team.
Deebo Samuel, WR, San Francisco 49ers (No. 36)
Clay's 2019 projections: 44 receptions for 536 yards and two touchdowns; three carries for 22 yards
In the 49ers' offense, coach Kyle Shanahan can dial up catch-and-run opportunities for Samuel. The South Carolina product is an aggressive runner in the open field, with the sudden movements to cut down defensive angles and break tackles (check out the highlight clip below).
Just think of the 49ers' play-pass concepts that will create open-window throws for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to target Samuel on inside cuts. He has the ability to align outside of the numbers, but I see him generating more for the 49ers out of the slot, where he can tack on yards in the open field.

I am hoping he gets a lot more yards and touchdowns. I expect him to start at the Z spot and get closer to 1000 yards and 8-10 scores.

This...most rookie WRs take time to transition from college to the NFL.
#1 WR picked last yr had 788 yards and 2 TDs and is a guy I can comp to Deebo in DJ Moore. SF also has a lot of mouths to feed.

by NT logic, all our WRs will have 1000 yards. making Jimmy G the world record holder in yards thrown. can't wait!

Here's my "logic"
Pettis: 1000 yds
Kittle: 850 yds
Samuel: 650 yds
Goodwin: 450 yds
Others: 1450 yds
Swap Kittle with Pettis and you have a deal.
I finally realized that Kyle isn't looking for "franchise players" in his offense outside of the QB. All KS wants are guys that fit a niche in his system. Not saying he doesn't want good players that are good in their own right, but I think he's hyper focused on specific traits of each player as opposed to overall greatness.

well those stats are nothing to get too excited about
, granted I trust Kyle will have him open a lot. Yet I think a mass distribution is coming. A lot of guys will be open. So the stat projections make some sense.
