Samuel dunking is exciting because verticality and body control is a + skill as a WR. And it shows on his college tape too. It would not surprise me if this guy successful right out of the gate.

He's not fat. Some people have that barrel shaped body with the bigger rib cage. Dude is stocky. I'm sure he can lose a little weight no different than Pettis but Pettis doesn't need to because his body type is already slender.
