Possibly. You can hear the video with him talking to A.J. Brown who also was insulted by not even getting to $20M...on an initial offer and wanting to go to the negotiation table. And Deebo didn't even get that.

But there's no point in drawing up an initial offer or going to the table if you are worlds apart in initial talks and you (Deebo) and your agent are confident you can get that bag elsewhere.

It's probably personal because he feels he laid it on the line for the team and Paraag isn't matching that in reciprocity in negotiations.

This. Deebo LITERALLY put his body on the line for the team. He left it all on the field. Paraag was probably incredibly disrespectful and insulting in early negotiations in Deebo"s eyes, and now, Deebo feels that he isn't as respected or appreciated by the organization as he should be.

Boom

ive always been team f**k PARAAG

*gasps* (whispers) "I'm no longer alone."

Its the blame Lynch and Paraag crowd

Yeah not sure how that puts the blame on Paraag. How dare your chief negotiator do his job!

Seriously. What would Lynch and Paraag have to do with contract negotiations? And it becoming personal for a top player? I'm sure they hold zero responsibility in it.

Maybe Richard should represent him. #ProblemSolved

Uncle sherm knows more about the NFL and 9ers than most on here.

No question. He'd actually be a great agent, honestly. But he knows the 9ers hold all the leverage here.

Sherman after getting an extension done "I'm the best agent around don't ever disrespect me with a sorry cap guy like Paraag"

I don't normally listen to Sherman but he has gone to the mat with Paraag as far as contracts go so when he says he uses some tactics that can piss people off imma believe him.

"rub the wrong way" not piss off. Everybody's level of pissed to pissed off is different, you know.

Deebo is usually pretty laid back but if a slight 3-5 mph breeze starts up he takes that personal and gets pissed

Sure, sure. As far as we know, he thought I want a Subway sandwich--wait, LOL, nobody wants that, but whatever--and he went in to his local store and he saw Jimmy GQ's handsome mug all over the place and thought to himself..."Okay, I am a little upset, but I will be fine." He orders his sandwich, finds out that they are out of Macadamia nut cookies and then...

Why would he be so emotional about the 9ers not making him an offer? Does he realise its still April?. Situation seems odd to me.

To me it seems plausible that some numbers may have got tossed around in some talks between Deebo's agent and Paraag without a formal offer ever materializing. Deebo's agent talks to Deebo about some of those conversations. Deebo sees other guys getting paid big money especially that is probably far off the mark from what he's hearing for the moment and all of a sudden he takes it personal.

You always were a sharp one.

Haha many mornings of wheaties.

That's the secret? Damn!

Well I can not confirm or deny that. Either that or hand your phone to a smarter person and let them type out their thoughts under your username. It's worked for me at times...errr I mean.....forget I said anything.

I'm baffled as to what could have possible made this personal so quickly. And if this has gotten personal it has to be on Deebo's side. I can't imagine Lynch and Shanny taking the business of this personal. So this takes me back to the initial offer that was reported. I just don't think Deebo is handling this in a mature way. I think he's taking this way too personal.

See, this is what you get when you have whole generations of . . . . well . . . . I just won't say it here. But it's a shame, and something society has to course-correct.

Oh no doubt. It's obviously Deebo "acting out." He's young, dumb and full of cum. It sounds like the FO knew not to piss him off and still somehow, did. So that blows.

Sounds like Deebo and Jimmys old date have something in common
Rapoport saying Lions could be in on Deebo trade, would they give up #2 for Deebo and Jimmy? If so, would you do it?

Funny it doesn't get personal with anyone else and the deals get done. Heard absolutely nothing disparaging about how they negotiate from Sherman, I'm sure you did though lol

I'd draft Aiden Hutchinson just for the fun of having Michigan and Ohio State edge rushers. The competition would be fierce

In any other year, 2 would be great and easy to trade back. But is this that year? I mean maybe if someone wants one of the top names. I really do not know. So, while it is all hearsay, I say...

You gotta know who you're negotiating with. There was plenty with Kittle. But that didn't come out until the deal was done. Sherman, Buckner...Deebo, you're all approaching a different way. And per MM, the FO knew that and still pissed Deebo off to the point it became personal.

Unlike you, I'm just not going to absolve them of responsibility as well. I already hold Deebo responsible as well (and his agent).

If you, AB and All weren't personally related to John Lynch, you might see the part they play in this as well.

Genius. Like having Steve Young and Joe Montana again...except in this case they both get to play at the same time.
