I don't see a draft-day trade happening. Any team who trades a bunch for Deebo is going to want to have a new contract lined up before making the trade. I feel like we would have heard more buzz if it was at that step. So I don't think Deebo is going anywhere this year.

That would be a good thing.

Unless it already happened. The Jets may be tight lipped like we are now. They don't have to announce it until their pick.....sure hope not but I'll be sweating it today.
Deebo article suggesting trade would occur mid-draft if at all..

Based on recent trade packages we have seen for star wide receivers, it would seem that a reasonable Jets offer for Samuel would revolve around that No. 10 pick.

By itself, the 10th pick is worth more points on the Jimmy Johnson trade chart (1,300 points) than the most lucrative wide receiver trade package we have seen in recent memory, which was the Davante Adams deal (1,150 points between the combination of the 22nd and 53rd picks).

Kyle Hamilton or Stingley or Sauce

Or Johnson or Thidedeaux

Exactly. I see a trade going down either next few hours or a trade during the draft involving picks tomorrow and next year to allow for contract talks.

That said, I read where Deebo was allowed to seek a trade so he may have already been in negotiations with whomever.

But we the fans have no clue what's really going on so who the fuq knows

Where did you read that?

If we had given him the go ahead to seek a trade it would be in more places than some random persons twitter.

I think so too. If that we're to happen. The question Is, who does the 9ers draft at 10th? 🤔

Call me crazy, but if we get pick #10. I don't even want a WR.

Give me the best DE, CB or IOL.

I would love a trade down if possible then draft IOL.

However, wouldn't be at all mad at Jameson Williams

Just thought this was interesting. If true, maybe Seahawks trying to move up for a QB?

What was her reasoning for not allowing you to watch the draft?

I love the draft. I love the franchise building aspect of the nfl.

she did not like the draft so she thought i should not watch it... people like her kill after they mate so i am lucky i escaped alive

As long as it's not a DT I have no problem with it in fact I would prefer it over a WR.

For those who keep saying Jimmy G isn't holding up Deebo.

For example, following the 2014 season when Marshawn Lynch signed his contract extension in early 2015, the extension covered two seasons (2016 and 2017) on top of the 2015 season for which Lynch was already under contract. Thus, it was effectively a three year contract which he signed at that time, and the $7.5M signing bonus which he received was to be recognized against the salary cap in three equal parts of $2.5M in 2015, $2.5M in 2016 and $2.5M in 2017.

Aaron Rodgers recently signed a five-year extension with a $35 million signing bonus to extend his contract though the 2019 season. With the signing bonus for the extension, it actually impacts the cap every year of his entire contract, rather than just the years extended. This means that Rodgers' signing bonus will be worth $5 million against the cap each year for the next seven years. Any previous signing bonus will still count for the years under the previous contract.

Glad someone else is arguing this. I was being completely ignored earlier when I was posting about it.

That's exactly what I DONT want to happen. I'd much rather address other positions at #10 or trade down to accumulate picks versus trying to 1 for 1 attempt to replace Deebo.
Lions #2 and #32 and a mid round pick next year for Deebo, our #93 and #105

We can add Aidan Hutchinson(our dline would be even more dominant) and best WR at #32(Treylon Burks available here??).

Who says no?
