You're soft NC. I've had it and a good friend also. Stretching and massage and some inner soles and ours was gone within 2 weeks. Hasn't returned yet.
I guess there could be worse cases but you guys have hit the panic button already.
We have young depth at CB this year if he can't go. Older DBs on the FA market can be had several weeks into the season. There's some veteran minimum rule that GMs seem to wait on so they don't get stuck with bonuses and guarantees. So IF we need to sign someone off the street we can, plus final cuts will be next week and there's a team out there with a deep CB roster, and for sure that guy has to be better than Dontae Johnson.

Yeah, I had it before as a younger man and it is painful. No way Verrett wants to miss this season, at least not much of it. His big payday is at the end of a dominant season this year 💰 💰 💰

Let's be real we should win the first 2 games without JV so let him rest up and show up to punk Adams

I agree, rest up Varrett and get him ready for week 3.

Good one!
I didn't say "I" had it. I said I've never known anyone to have it that it didn't severely hamper for a long time. And Verrett is pressing on that in back-pedals adding direct strain to it upon every movement.
So it could be nothing...just saying if he's already been diagnosed with PF, it's "probably" not a good thing and something that'll just disappear in a couple weeks because of the strain required of his position.
Glad you got my little jab. Verrett is definitely under more strain than myself. i just stretched mine by rolling my arch on a beer bottle for 2 weeks and all good, lol.

Kyle himself confirmed it.

PF comes in varying degrees. Usually, short rest and orthotic insoles will cure it. He doesn't need reps so will likely sit out this game. He will then have 15 days before the first league game against the weak Lions. Not worried.

I think we trade Kevin Givens for a conditional pick or a backup corner

Injury bug already.
One thing Jim Harbros did right was to have a boatload of DBs. They get injured alot so naturally having more than enough D Back depth is a must.
I also do not like how Kyle leaves 1st stringers in the game when up by 3 scores but that subject is for another thread.

I had PF and it sucked. I tried everything the doctors told me to do/get, nothing worked. As a last option, they said maybe a cortisone shot, but it will hurt. It did hurt, but I haven't had a issue with PF for 8 years now.

We got lucky there. Had some vets that balled out of their minds (Whitney and Rogers(, no doubt taking advantage of our front 7, a solid draft pick that looked to be the next good one (Culliver), Cox who shined as a 4th corner, etc. It really was a situation where they just didn't miss at DB. Similar to Kyle at RB for the most part.

Please be nothing serious, but the emotion from him tells me it is.
