Feel terrible for the guy. His body just isn't holding up. Too bad his good year for us was wasted in 2020.

This f**king sucks, I was hoping for a big season from Verrett, but damn, I kinda knew it was his ACL, but when he was able to get back up I thought maybe just sprain, but damnit.

I guess the 49ers are lucky he didn't take a multi year deal, I think it's time to sign or trade for a CB, either now, or in the offseason, we need a true #1 CB.

How do you know we're one of the only teams. I haven't seen any injury reports. There might be several. I feel for Verrett after he fought he way back and wa splaying good football. Next years draft is already shaping up. DB,DB, DB. Plus wwe lost Mostert early in the game. He just can't stay healthy.

He worked so hard to get back and played well last year. I hate to see this happen and pray for a full recovery. I'm not sure I could work thru another rehab but he's built differently. I'm rooting for him

Gillmore please or anyone else. This is our year to go deep in the playoffs or SB. We have 7 million in cap, we can use a chunk of it

so not only didi we lose Verrett but just got reminded how worthless Johnson is.. so we need to replace 2 corners over the next week.

Major major major loss to this team. We don't have a nimber 1 CB. Hard to see this team making a deep playoff run with this secondary
