He ain't lying. I like a straight up no filter answer
For all of you that might not think this signing is great here is the one reason you can take that it is a excellent signing. He actually turns his head around to make a play on the ball
Hope he stays healthy, dude was locking down WRs

Agreed. Also like his quote where he welcomes competition for the starting job, that if you don't like to compete you shouldn't be in the league.

That's a product of Saleh. He believes in playing the receivers hands rather than the ball. That's the guy we decided not to fire this off season.

It's not an uncommon practice, but I hate it as well. How the eff are DB's catching interceptions if they're looking at the wideouts hands?

Agreed ×2. Its really freaking annoying to see our DBs never looking back for the ball and constantly wondering why they get called for pass interference. I'm always saying to myself on game day that if they'd just looked back for the ball, there wouldn't be half as many penalties called on them. I'm sure most of us do that though, the face guarding is infuriating.

Don't worry. Saleh will ensure Verrett never looks back again!
As far as I'm concerned we bought a 3.6 million-dollar lottery ticket that has a moderate chance of winning. That's Improvement. Compare that to Jimmy Wards 5 million-dollar lottery ticket that we know has no chance of winning.

Don't say such frightening things . We need Verrett and Sherm to keep playing the ball so we at least have 2 competent corners lolz.
Football Gods please listen, after all the horrible injuries, bad calls, and etc you put the 49ers through please allow this kid to stay healthy and become a major steal, allow Verrett and Sherman to become a great duo ! Sincerely jersey49er, ty..
