When healthy he is without a doubt a better cover corner than Eman but Eman is more physical and better tackler/run defender

There is a level of resentment for some football players that I will never understand.

Verrett is a luxury; if he comes back and plays well, awesome. If not, he was never really expected to. Hoping for a solid return this season, but not really expecting it either.

He's a bonus, not counting on him. Even if he felt great, I still wouldn't count on him. He's the 7th CB In my mind.

Yup. I'd prefer to go into next season with 6 othjer corners- Ward, Mosely, Thomas, Lenoir, Womack, and a rookie. If Verrett wants to try again, sure for vet minimum, but he outta move into coaching. His body won't let him be great.
