He would probably tear something trying to coach them up.

Jason has to feel cursed. Dude had the talent to be in canton. He will go down as one of the greatest CBs I ever got to watch. Unfortunately it's was for such a short time.
FMD, the guy just can't go. The mind is willing but his body isn't going to allow him.

Time to give it up and move on.

Forget what it means for the team, feel so bad for him.
Any good CBs available to sign? We need some help.
Can't say I was buying in to any legit expectations of JV other than his presence, but still... this is effed up. Gotta believe this is the end for him.
I think it's time they let him go next season. Great player but he must have weak ligaments. Some guys just get hurt easier.

Yea I don't really think the team was truly relying on him for anything meaningful. This just puts a stamp on it. Sucks for him more than anything. Needs to focus on life after football.
He never played a full season and there is a reason why the Chargers let him go after drafting him in the first round, wishful thinking that he will contribute much this season and the odds were always stacked against him, time to retire, got to count on Jimmie Ward, Thomas and Womack going forward.

At this point I doubt we're finding anybody sitting at home who's better than what we already have.
I feel so awful for him.
Can't even be upset anymore. I feel for the guy. He's obviously very talented, but just not built for the long haul. I hope he has some peace about this latest one.
Not even remotely surprised.

he should retire
Dude needs to move on to coaching.
....

time to call up Mr Ball Puncher himself, mr Josh Norman
It' bad enough to keep getting hurt in games but even worse when you're close to coming back after being out with an injury. He must have just felt like Oh crap not again.
