Ah makes sense. Mosley actually looked really good on Sunday. I don't recall seeing DJ on the field, tho. Do you see Verrett getting reps at Nickel if Ahkello continues to play well?

Yeah Williams did and is a good slot CB, I just want Verrett out there cause I liked him during that draft and loved him during his one healthy season. Kid is glue in coverage

Verrett doesn't have much or any experience working in the slot. I doubt he could replace Williams without any practice. Trust me I want to see him play really bad. I was bumping his draft forum topic last season cause it looked like the Chargers weren't gonna resign him. But him in the slot is a whole new position which I bet he could do at a very high level he doesn't seem to be getting any work there cause his value is outside
