Bad game, sure.
But if we´re gonna fire every player who made a big mistake, I guarantee you that we will finish the season with only Kittle, Juszczyk and Gould.
He was clearly not prepared to step in this game.
I trust Verrett´s talent.

Wrong cleats?

I thought he was just pretending to trip to make the PI look more innocent.

this. try and make it look like the feet got tangled
Y'all need to ease up. He was thrown into the fire and immediately tested while getting no help. That's on Saleh. At least let the guy get his feet under him before putting him on an island.

Dude is a veteran, not a rookie.

Not the debut he envisioned, but I bet he locks down his next receiver. I bet you he's pissed off.

This was his first actual game snap in like 2+ years.

Yeah, and he played like the latter. Disappointing. Looked like he's really lost a step after the years of injuries.

A veteran that hasn't played much real football recently because of injuries. Give him time to knock the rust off. That's why I didn't get the coverage calls the second he enters the game.

its DB 101. You don't let people get behind you. Happened twice. That's inexcusable

looked like he lost a few steps.

I'm curious if he's shown well in practice or they just shoehorned him onto the gameday roster. Today he looked less athletic than Moseley or Reed.

Moseley is very very athletic. Im surprised Reed is apparently the last corner off the bench so Moseley has moved ahead of him.
