I'm still hoping we can trade BeatHard. We have a lot of WR's and I'd hate to lose one of them because we kept 3 QB's.
I get the feeling Shanahan is hoping like heck that CJ makes a big leap in growth for the rest of the pre season so that Mullens can traded.
Mullens will be the starter before he's traded. What are you thinking???
I never assume aaaneething. CJ was Shannies project. Just sayin there always the ego that wants your guy to be what you saw when you had them drafted.

Nice to see you included Valoaga on the practice squad. I know he's in against backups but he dominates those guys. He makes plays in every game whether it's a sack or just a pressure. Definitely a guy that could develop.
I would be surprised if someone doesn't claim him off waivers.

#49ers rank 1st in the NFL in kick return average thanks to Richie James, blowing up coverage units for a 35.0 average!
— Ryan Sakamoto (@BEASTwriter_) August 20, 2019
Week 1: #Cowboys: 1 KR for 25 yards
Week 2: #Broncos: 2 KR for 80 yards
Making a strong case for 53.

Well, Taylor for at least the first few weeks. After that I think all 6 could be active.

Well I think the 49ers were gonna have all 4 backs active, so they can have all 6 WRs active if they wanted.

Unfortunately he isn't. And now, I think his trade value is pretty close to zero. I dont think even a guy like Fangio would want him. Drew Lock was injured and I was thinking Fangio would want another QB that knew scangarellos offensive system, but he was so meh, I've lost hope on that too.

If Person stays at RG to start the season, Johnson should be the #1 C until Richburg gets healthy, not Garland, in my opinion.

Shanahan said he's going to keep mixing it up at WR when asked if Jordan Matthews will continue to start in the slot with Trent Taylor out.

He also mentioned that "you usually like to keep six WRs," and the fifth guy is your best ST player, and the sixth is your best WR. #49ers

BeatHard has the physical talent to play, it's just that the mental side and I'm hoping we still can trade him for some OLine backup.

Duh. The 6th is insignificant. This is why Pettis has gone back to returning punts. And Taylor, that's his M.O. too.
Thanks for this.

Totally agree. I didn't even notice he played last game but another high grade (FWTW).
