Now, I'm not really liking that week 4 bye. And that's a lot of travel. That's not good! At worst we'll be 2-1 by the bye. We will sweep the Cardinals and at least split with the Lambs and Seaswans.

Realistic 11-5/12-4, wildcard birth.

Book it

you are assuming the team will actually be ready to play road games this year? 8 wins

What are they, highschoolers? We are talking about paid professionals, right? You're assuming they won't be able to play on the road. 11/12 wins.
So tired of having the 3rd preseason game be on the road. We season ticket holders are required to buy the preseason games. Of the 4 preseason games, only week 3 is fun to watch. I have been a season ticket holder since 1992, and we have only gotten the 3rd preseason game at home nine times In 28 seasons. 9 times.

This is b******t.

They certainly came out and played like high school kids in many road games in the last two years, to many question marks with the line. the wide outs,. the secondary. the dc etc. and yes. under kyle our team. disturbingly. has not been ready to play many games. if you want to win games and begin a winning culture that is a important first step.. kyle

What difference does it make. All pre season games are a joke. Even the 3rd which is supposed to feature starters is not what it used to be. There was a time when there were 6 pre season games so be thankful that it is only 4 now. It does suck to have to pay for them but they got you by the stones.
ALREADY GOT MY TICKETS ORDERED FOR THE OPENER!!

You may not think it makes a difference, but it definitely does.

I held season tickets for 34 years and never missed a game. If you don't want to go sell your tickets to someone, even if it's at half price. They don't even play the starters much in game 3 anymore because they are so afraid of players getting hurt. That's why early season game are often poorly played. I think they risk guys getting hurt by not letting them play Teams just aren't game ready. I'd rather they play 2 or 3 pre season games. Take a look at new guys in game 1, starters in game 2 and first half of game 3 and guys on the borderline in the second half of game 3. Then the starters should be ready for the opener and you get a look at the young guys.

Two things:

1. Properly placed periods and adequate use of capital letters will take you a long way in getting your point better understood, wrong though it may be. Just saying

2. Every team has questions, but I don't think our O-line has that many. RG & RT (when Joe retires) are about the biggest questions for me there. I think we're pretty set there. The QB has to get the ball out. WR is a big question, but Shanny is getting the type of WR he wants. But I disagree, it isn't that the team hasn't been ready to play. The team has gone through a boatload of injuries and Shanny & Co. have been having to play rookies way too early and play guys fresh off the street. Not sure how prepared you'd expect they'd be. IMHO

I agree. Also we always get stuck with the last preseason game which is the least desirable of the four. For once I would like the first and third or second and third games!

4-0 start easy, we'll thats assuming that Jimmy G plays and isn't hurt and throws more TDs than INTs and that we get contributions from our top 4 draft picks and some how some way out top FAs actually play.
Strange to be the only team not to do it
