Thats a Total Fail by management if that happens.
It would be because they offended him and are jerking him around if anything.
He probably wants his money up front and injury guarantees which paraag does not like to do.
Guys not going to be in good enough shape when he comes back. He will probably be more injury prone to due to this fiasco of just paying him what he wants.
