LOL ok.

The 49ers have much more of an incentive to get Bosa in before Watt was extended. We are installing a new defensive scheme. We need Bosa in here now. The team is dropping the ball. Get him signed.

New scheme lol, Nick is gonna be fine. See QB, get QB.
Let's hear your magic wand to have gotten him here 2 months or so ago? It would have been to dramatically overpay this deal, even more than it will end up being. Can't do that, in a sport with a salary cap, the team is seeking the best deal for the club, just as Nick is seeking the best deal for him. Eventually one or both sides will have to back down, and that's coming very soon.

Dude you are arguing just for the sake of arguing now. My original post was just that there is no reason this hasnt been completed yet, which I stand by. Bother someone else.

Quest for 26
Bosa has all the leverage. He knows all the pressure is on John and Kyle to win a SB this season, He knows the depth behind him at DE is beyond horrible, And knows they aren't winning Sh*t without him.

We had Bosa on a rookie deal and squandered any opportunity to win a Super Bowl.

We now have Purdy on a rookie deal so our Super Bowl window is still open

I really like Purdy. I just wonder if he's durable enough to last
Any leaks as to what Bosa's team is looking for?

With or without a kicker, cause the dude lost 3 games by misses extra points and chip shot FGs in OT then another on special teams fumbles.

Dude should have been 10-6 or 11-5 if he had a kicker....

It looks like we are arguing between "top edge rush money" to maybe "should he get aaron donald money"

Wow. No wonder.

Potentially watching the Chris Jones process as well.

No wonder? I thought everyone was expecting him to want "highest defensive player in the league" money. No way should that have come as a surprise to the team, nor should it be the hang up. Pay the man!

He's gonna get above Aaron Donald. That's not even in question.

I think Bosa wants to make sure nobody tops him in the next 2-3 years. Meaning he wants to blow up even the Donald contract, probably exceeding by like 3 mil/yr.

Exactly! Reason they never should have signed Deebo to that deal

There must be some reason it isn't done yet.

There is: they don't have agreement.
Does the fine rules change with week 1? I know the 9ers can waive all fines thru camp. Does the same apply during the regular season or does some other rule kick in with mandatory fines beginning week 1?
