Lol. Always love this line of thinking.
Nobody's paying to watch you punch in numbers at a computer, or snake a drain line.

I negotiate with my employer and try to get the max - i don't give company discounts.
Bosa IS this 49er team. I don't know what else to say.

I realize the salary cap has forced more balance among the teams in the league but it's times like these where I really wish it was less strict than it is.

I feel like we wouldn't want an uncapped league as 49ers fans.

Uncapped, no. But it does suck that when you have a well run team that you eventually lose great players because of budget.

Well definitely agree there. Hopefully we take advantage of this group (and hopefully we can successfully reload when the time comes).

I am still bitter about the superbowl. that was the window.
BS O pass interference on Kittle, not enough running, D began to fold at the end and the one time JG decides to throw it to the moon.

Rams game was worst loss for me. Especially with the idea we played the game with a QB who had two injuries on his throwing arm and had spent 3 1st round picks to replace that same guy in the offseason. Just horrific asset management and planning in this one move.
Last year was rough too because I think that was probably the most talented our team will be, from top to bottom, in the next few years without some really good fortune. Bad luck with the QB injury obviously in Phi.
We're still in position to be at the top for at least a couple more seasons though.

With a blue chip QB KS would already be at 1 if not 2 trophies.
we can debate all day who's fault or lack of fortune that is.
I agree with the Rams game too.
Bosa come back soon please.

I've always thought the league got it wrong here. Teams should have more flexibility in retaining players they drafted, since the cap was only put in
place to keep teams from buying a championship. Comp picks are a nice effort, but I think that players drafted by a team should have an offset towards how they count against the cap. IMO, a "franchise tag" should be a player that was drafted, whom a team could designate their franchise player and not count against the cap.
