That "real" coach that his current coach mentored and then beat last season?

That'd be the one. The real genius.

Get the sense that Bosa's agent is frothing at the mouth after the Lance trade. There's a lot of pressure on the front office after that debacle and if Bosa starts missing games you're going to really stir the pot
Probably doesn't help having part of the fan base call him a klansman, trumper, etc
i wish that crap would just go away. I don't see other fan base say s**t like that other than our own. It's stupid.

Who is saying that? I missed this one. We have one of the largest fanbases in the NFL, and there are dumb people everywhere. Do the math.
The good sign to me is nobody knows JACK S**T because they are both honoring keeping the negotiations private.

I hope they are just ironing out small crap with the big stuff out of the way. It would be a bad look if Bosa says it was a negative experience etc. Would send a bad message to the players.

Ehh… to be fair I definitely heard it quite a bit leading up to the 2019 Draft, but personally I just think it was a bunch of closet fans of other teams desperately trying to get us to pass on him.
I'm really tired of players holding out (or their agents holding out) just to be the highest paid at whatever their position is. All the top players are making way more than they should be but that's another issue. Does it really matter whether you make $30 million or $28 million per year or whatever the offer is? Sign the friggin' deal and get in here.

We're way past the days when players were really under paid. I started watching the Niners when the players had off season jobs because they didn't make much. They didn't hold out and they played with minor and sometimes major injuries. Now they make $10, $20 $30 million and they still want more.

The player has the right to hold out and not play. They don't have to accept whatever the team is offering.

I think realistically at the latest Bosa will report by week 8. It is what it is.

It's been an ongoing thing on twitter. For some reason, our fan base thinks it's funny to allude that Bosa, McCaffrey, Kittle and Juice are Klansman or some other BS. Now Juice is getting attacked because of some innocuous comments he made about Lance.

Not a good look when we know our players go on social media. I expect it out of other fan bases but shouldn't come from ours. It's stupid.

It's been an on going thing. Some have never let up.

So if we are 8-0 or even 6-2 by then do we just say f**k it, Bosa isn't that valuable to us after all?

🤣 It's called a hypothetical. Someone has to balance one extreme with another on the opposite end.

If he does keep holding out till week 8, then we seriously need to considered trading him end of this season or end of next season. We can do it end of next season, but I don't know about keeping a disgruntled player for that long.
