On one of the podcasts they were saying it doesn't even kick in until next season. That means he's actually signed for 6 more seasons, and wouldn't hit FA until 2029!

He got paid and made it somewhat team friendly by giving us a long time to spread the numbers over.
i expected 5 because that's what his brother signed. I thought he would follow suit because him and his family like this organization so much.
i think his brother regrets signing for so long with the chargers because it seems like he doesn't like ownership.

During his KNBR weekly interview, Lynch was going into what happened up to when Bosa came to agreement. He said they were stuck in negotiations and his old friend Bob Meyers(forner warriors GM for the non warriors followers) and Bob helped them through some things and the deal got done.
i wish he revealed what Bob said, if anyone knows chime in. Other than John, don't make the same mistake with Nick that you did with Deforest.
