DE Nick Bosa "Smaller Bear" NO POLITICS

Watching the highlights, after one of the red zone stops, Mayfield was complaining to the ref about the horse collar tackle Bosa had on him, then Bosa ran up, putting his hand on Baker's shoulder and was saying something to him. Anyone else see that? I wonder if Bosa was explaining the rule to Baker or just talkin s**t. Rule doesn't apply to the QB in the pocket.

edit: he DID have to explain the rule to him lol!

Awesome to hear him say that right there. Hope he continues on his tear, so close to having a 3 or 4 sack game

You got it backwards. He said "no carbs, only meat." I don't think Bosa eats carbs or sugar at all. I remember him once saying he had a small piece of birthday cake that was his first bit of sugar in like 2 years or something.

He is on a similar diet as me, low carbs and sugar. I'm sure he is more strict than me though.

But I broke it yesterday with Thanksgiving.

No, you're both wrong, if he wanted meat Turkey breast is just about the healthiest you can get and he said "that's the last thing I want now"

Carbs are extremely valuable to fuel and refuel the body. A professional athlete doesn't need to burn fat instead as it's much less efficient.

Fat burning for them is in the off season
He seems so much happier now.

Hard to tell if he was referring to the Turkey or the Corn bread or the Spaghetti. Not sure why he would be opposed to eating some turkey. Its mostly just Protein.
For all the talk about his low sack numbers, he quietly now has 8 sacks on the season with several games left to play

He is also #1 with 15 QB knockdowns and tied for #1 with QB pressures at 33.

He had 48 QB hits last year, and is on pace for 45 this year. Only a handful of players have ever gone over 43 QB hits since they started tracking it.

I'm very quad insecure cuz of this dude.

On the big hills I run up, I lower my hips and take super long strides to build them up. It's working, but I've got a couple years to go before I'm quadzilla.

He did try the turkey but said it was too dry. Although CMC apparently wouldn't stop talking about how good he thought the turkey was.
