Dude was an absolute animal last night
Bosa played his best playoff game last night. Problem is with his style, the bull rush, holding penalties not being called to protect QBs has greatly diminished his effectiveness and value.

Someone who is slippery and doesn't use the bull rush as often like Chris Jones is more effective.

Maybe they can bring someone in to school Bosa on some high level rushing moves instead of the low angle bull rush he uses 85% of the time.

Yup. No doubt. and he's as key and cornerstone to everything we do. The play that will stick is him taking the cheese on Pacheco.

Yup he was great. But that's the difference between winning a super bowl and losing. Discipline.

He took the bait. There was little to no chance Bosa would run down the RB on the play for a loss anyhow. He just guessed wrong.

Bosa's power-based plan of attack is based on the gameplan, which was to cage Mahomes in the pocket(ie play thru contact; stay in rush lane; not rush past QB's drop). There's a reason you don't want a "slippery" edge rusher against a QB like Mahomes--edge players that are actively looking to avoid contact with the tackle(aka slippery) are highly prone to getting out of their rush lanes or rushing past the QB's drop and getting washed out. Those type of edge create massive escape lanes for a guy like Mahomes.

Nick Bosa is exactly the type of edge you want against these QBs that are looking to escape or extend plays.

KC watched the Detroit game and saw Bosa get abused all night on the edge. Reid saved that play for the exact moment they needed it.

Andy Reid vs Nick Bosa in a chess match is like Einstein vs. Slingblade.

Bingo.

Bosa doesn't sell the holding calls either, he just plays though it.

Yeah Bosa's 12 pressures and 2 TFL really made him look stupid. Derp.

KC's offense was pure trash most of the game. Our offense and ST lost this game.

Sure looked stupid with Mahomes running right around him for probably the biggest play of the game.

That replay of Bosa being clowned will be part of the Mahomes highlight real for the next decade.

Chiefs had almost 300 yards in the second half. Their offense adjusted at half our D did not

We had The lead for defense to close out the game. Defense couldn't close out the game. So how is that the offenses fault?

Is it not the defenses job to close out the game?

No, it's to score points, not lose a yard after the defense gifts you a turnover on the first Chiefs drive in the 3rd.

Greeenlaw gone had zero to do with this.

Yeah, Kelce didn't do zilch until Dre went out.
Kansas City just ran crossing routes to Kelce and Rice at where Dre should be for the rest of the game.

I don't think you've seen the yards Burks surrendered in coverage.
