Bosa sets the line but agree that he needs better cleats. He fell over on a number of plays, or his feet fell from beneath him.

There are places to discuss non-football related topics on the Webzone - Niner Talk is not that place.
are we allowed to discuss how his behavior, regardless of whether we approve or not, can potentially affect the team ?

Ya do it in the PL. We got plenty of politics threads there.
Him endorsing Kamala or Trump isn't going to to impact his swim move or setting the edge.

With all due respect, I'm asking a mod and would prefer an answer from him...
Regardless of whether or not you support anyone, I think a player sending any political message in the postgame show on national TV isn't that common.
So to me it seems like a fair topic to ask about the impact of this on the locker room. This team has 53 players and I'm sure some of them have their own political views. Like imo it's a fair enough question to ask if its OK for any of them now to do a similar thing to what Bosa did?
There's a way to discuss what happened without devolving into the whole "my side good your side bad" but that's why I'm asking a mod. Don't want to be banned.

Lolol Bosa has had the same views for a while. The team is not suddenly shocked or anything lol.
Really like how Bosa has been playing this year.

This is fair and I agree. I could see potential friction in the locker room in situations like these

Everyone knows especially the mods this discussion will end poorly.

The teammates seemed to laugh it off and it wasn't a big deal. I think you all are thinking about this too much lol. Zoners probably had more of a reaction than anyone in their locker room lol.
But anyway..
Can't wait to see Bosa get Baker again:). "BAayykerr, Bayyker".

Its not about the views but moreso how and when they were expressed. Ie, I think there'd be a very different response if he just posted them on his social media after the game was long over.
These views were expressed on the field in a deliberate fashion after a team win. Personally I think it was selfish, no matter what political message it was.
To me, it just seems another unnecesary media thing this team has to worry about now.
Anyway I'm gonna shut my trap until thl lets me know. Lol

I didn't think about it beyond reading a comment and typing some words in response.

Right now, with the proximity of the election, I would prefer to veer towards safety. I think it is highly unlikely that players go public in their political views and if it does become a public issue we can deal with the matter then. For the time being all that is being asked for is for idle speculation about the locker room to be allowed. This thread shows how quickly that gets out of hand. So in the absence of specific information about the impact I think that the issue is simple. Politics in the politics threads, football in the football threads. PM the Mods if something specific comes to light. I suspect that the players will deal with internal disagreements in an adult fashion. I hope so, anyway.

I do think after this(insert space "always has been" meme), it is fair game to discuss it's impact on the locker room.
I just feel it is a moot point because i doubt the locker room cares that much. Most people have nuanced views, and in a personal environment like a locker room those are hashed out. And most people have the agree to disagree mentality.

Re-reading this I see one way in which I could have been clearer. Players can go public in their political views. I think that the team will take steps to ensure that they do not go public in discussing any resulting disagreements.
