He impacts the game only when the team is ahead and in obvious pass situations, like the 3rd and long yesterday for the only impact play he made.

In a tight game or when the team is behind, he is basically a non-factor. He wasn't like that in 2019, or even in 2022.

He got paid and he lost his main focus.

Yesterday he did nothing in a positive way to impact that game. He actually was going to be one of the goats if they lost.

Missed tackles, offside penalties, very rarely does he impact the game down to down (like Fred and Lenoir do, for instance).

But if you need a sack up 14 in the 4th quarter, or on a 3rd and 20, Nick's your man.

What about the sack up 3 that should've put the game away if our offense didn't give the ball right back? Now did Fred do that? All while having an injury that probably should've kept him out.

Well he was on a tear the weeks prior to the Bye week then gets hurt a few days prior to the game. And suddenly he wasn't as disruptive and looked to be in pain. I say him being hurt is true.

Yeah but it's also the NFL sometimes you have a bad game or teams gameplan against your best player. Doesn't mean a player is suddenly bad. Usually when teams are on their back up tackle they will game plan to negate a pass rusher even more with doubles and quick passes.
