Yall stop hating on a guy for wanting to go to a contender.
You guys don't see it yet, like with the Lance stuff, but it's going to be a tough few years in Ninerland.

I doubt that was his reasoning in going to buffalo. The Bills offered more money. And I would like to see the guaranteed money and I bet it was way more than the Niners offered him. Niners I think were offering like $10 million that was very incentive laden. I wonder if the Bills gave him mostly guaranteed money.
Joey wants his $12 million whether he plays 5 games or 17.

The bottom line he has one year two years max left. He went to a contender to try for a trophy as his time is about up.
He picks that possibility over brother and I guess you can't blame him. The Bills are so close. We have moved down a peg or two.

He's made over $150m in his career. An extra two million didn't tip it. His brother didn't tip if. One last almost very last shot at a trophy.

Yeah, the decision seems like common sense. If we kept Greenlaw and Floyd I would think that we would've had a better chance.

It's got to be frustrating coming in with Armstead, Buckner and Ford as a rookie terrorizing the league all the way to the Super Bowl since then our DL has slowly regressed in quality of players practically every year. Now it's completely gutted not even that good of depth who do we have Drake Jackson and Jordan Elliot?

according to Lombardi:
"the elder Bosa reached an agreement with the Buffalo Bills on a one-year contract worth $12.6 million guaranteed with incentives reaching to $15.6 million"
https://sfstandard.com/2025/03/11/no-joey-bosa-49ers-defensive-line-demarcus-robinson/
he also says that SF's offer "didn't exceed $10 million" (and was probably incentive laden) while Miami's was "short of $8 million"
so,... yeah, it seems that Joey wanted his guaranteed $12M

Sounds like SF wasn't really even involved or serious about bringing him in
