People really celebrating almost sacks?

They're called pressures, and they matter. Making the QB uncomfortable on every play is the key to success on D.

Turnovers, sacks, stops are actually what matter and determine success on D. Does anyone know the result of the 2 bullrush's where he got close to Winston? What happened on those plays?

but pressures don't show up in the ESPN boxscore or count for fantasy points so who cares

Spoon cares, he got a pick 6 because of Bosa pressure on Crabby which never showed up in the box score stats

Aldon helped make Fangio look good. Bosa is going to do the same thing with Salah.

Do you have a list of great D Coordinators that didn't have elite pass rushers?

if it's not in the ESPN boxscore then it doesn't exist.

The last hurry when Ford and Bosa were in his face resulted in a pick 6 for Spoon. Hurries do matter.

^^^ that's what I am saying, the D is better because we have better players now not because Mr. Clean is a great coach

Well I agree to a certain extent. Being a good defensive coach is much more about acquiring talent and developing talent - than X's and O's. That's why i think it's very rare for coaches to go from being a defensive coach to a great offensive one. Both Belicheat, Walsh, Shula, Noll, and Landry were able to do that- and they were hall of fame talent level coaches, because offense is all about X's and O's and scheme.
It was so awesome and fun to see, the pass rush has come back to the 9ers... they harassed Crabby most of the day, if they give the same in Cincy next week to the less mobile Dalton we double the sacks

Your sentences argue against each other

Pretty sure they were positive plays for the offense.

Seifert comes to mind in the '94 super bowl. He had Deion and a couple of has-been pass rushers. But early in his career, he had Fred Dean and Charles Haley in their prime.

One resulted in a pick 6..... so claiming hurries don't matter but turnovers do is illogical
