I thought this guy wasn't very productive?

Were his arms too short in this past game?

Bosa's success does not take from the value of other players.

Yes I still want Williams. We could only get one of them, and Bosa was the better pick then...as it is now.

What appears to be proven beyond a doubt is all the posters that were screaming from the rooftop that Bosa IS NFL READY...have been proven 100% correct.

When you rewatch the game, it seems PFW score of 28% win-rate sure looks conservative. Bosa did not looked stopped many times in week one. He might not have had a clear shot at the QB...but he was no longer "contained" 70% of his snaps.

Does anyone that watched or rewatched the game think he was "contained" 70% of his snaps?

I think the insane pressure from Ford, actual stole from Bosa's stat sheet :op

There is only a few time in the history of the 49ers that i can recall having that much edge pressure from both sides.
I'm so confused. What thread am I on?

Have Bosa on the team makes more sense than having QW. Both are good draft prospects.

Kinda sad when Bosa has made more of an impact in one game than all of Sollys games combined.

lol yep. You forgot to include "...an injured Bosa..."

lol seriously. He was balling.

When the "just wait on it" crowd is confused as to what fans expect from a top 5 pick, this is it. Not perfection, but flashing some talent and making some type of positive impact on the game.

When you keep hearing things like "raw" or "out of position" or "just a rookie" or "developing" year after year for a top pick, that is a bad sign.

Not all top 5 picks are the same. Bosa was considered the top prospect in his draft class the year BEFORE he declared.

And he is very far along as an edge rusher which is why he's having the early success. Comparing Thomas to him is stupid and unfair.

All draft comparisons are fair game. Essentially, that's what any draft is all about. Either that or just take the word "comparison" out of the English dictionary.

Solly was more of a risk for one of the things you just admitted: shooting up in the draft late. Our GM should've done a better job with that pick and of course, our former LBer. We're going to compare and compare and compare,....and hopefully the Yorks do the same.

Nick is a better pass rusher but smaller, Joey is a bigger player. So depends on whether you run a 3-4 or 4-3.

Yes Nick seemed really small out there going against NFL players.. not good considering his constant injuries/getting knicked up
How old is Nick?
send him to IR
