He only has three moves right now , once he expands those moves, and the 49ers begin to design the defense around him (like they did for Dean and Haley)
His ceiling is though the roof in my opinion.

Nick's mom is from a great pedigree. I believe her brother is Tim Krumroe (sp?) who was also an NFL DLineman (I would like to say DT or NT) but he was supposedly one hell of a player too. (anybody correct me if I got my facts wrong please) So both Bosa Brothers have NFL genes from both sides of the family. Nick can be at the Hall of Fame level with that kind of athletic talent and genes - what will make him Hall of fame is the instinct that Fred Dean and Charles Haley had. Both these Hall of fame players could sniff out the offensive play call before even the teams broke out of the huddles. This team is a Dynasty in the making with the two foundational players required for a dynasty -- a franchise QB and a franchise DE.
Bosa only has three moves - inside/outside scissors, and the bull rush. Wait till he has the full repertoire of moves like Fred and Charles had. Watch out!
Hehe you said scissors
Scissor me timber's

It's funny you say that because I hear NFL O linemen and coaches say that he has ALL the moves and looks like a 5 year vet.

I think what Giedi meant to say is that Bosa has three go-to moves(and he forgot to list one): Double swipe(scissors), bullrush, and counter club.
But don't confuse go-to moves with lack of moves. Ask Bahktiari about that forklift Bosa beat him with in the playoffs. It wasn't one of the aforementioned three.

This idea that a defensive end needs a million moves is kind of antiquated. Playing defensive end is first and foremost about anchoring and not getting reach blocked. On obvious pass rushing downs, you are trying to keep contain. A lot of times you are trying to feel the tackle out, see where's he setting up and then hit him with a counter move on an obvious 5 or 7 step drop.
Teams like to hit the 49ers quick on 3 step drops and shotgun packages. You don't have 5 seconds to play around. You're trying to put the tackle in the QBs lap.
The extraordinary pass rushers all can convert the speed to power rush. This is what's going to make Chase Young so valuable come draft day. Urban Meyer has a very informative breakdown you can find on YouTube where he's breaking down the Bosa brothers & Young and other great defensive ends.

I missed all those other moves!
We are really blessed to have this guy on our team. Hes 22-ish so conceivably he can physically get bigger and stronger and maybe even faster. I think the average human stops growing around the age of 25, that's around three years from now.
