DE Nick Bosa "Smaller Bear" NO POLITICS

Ugh, sucks to lose Bosa, man. Hope he can bounce back healthy.

Btw, are there actually any fans in this thread celebrating this injury, liberals or otherwise? I see a lot of angry people complaining about it, but it doesn't seem to actually be happening? Maybe we should just remove the no-politics part from this thread title so people forget about all that mess.

Yup. Zero chance of winning a Superbowl without Bosa. Zero. Dude was finally 100% and in the best shape ever. Done 1.5 games into the season. f**k!

Looks like our first round pick in the 2021 draft is an edge rusher to tide us over until Bosa heals up.

I'm not going that far, losing Bosa isn't going to make or break the season for us. The next 3 games are very winnable games IMO, even without Jimmy at QB. It's not the end of the world, or season for us, we'll still be competitive, and can make a deep run IMO.

Depends on where we pick in the 1st round, we'll likely need to draft a future true #1 CB, another EDGE, maybe a C, but likely won't happen early, we have bigger needs. I know people say we need 2 Guards, which I disagree with, Laken is fine at LG, and i have hopes for both Brunskill and mcKivitz.

Ahhh I'm not gonna say we can't win the SB but without question it can make or break the season. He's our best player on defense and plays one of the most important positions on the team.

Our defense is based around rushing the pass rusher...this is just about as big a loss as we can have.

I don't see SF using a 1st on a CB...not unless the play is to play a lot more man. People will have a fit if they draft another DL in the first lol.

Guard is low on the list given what else they need.

As long as surgery goes fine, Bosa should be more than ready for next yr.

I'd rather move some cash around and get a vet edge rusher for the short-term in 2021.

I hate to say it but honestly SF might have to sniff around at QB (depending on where we draft).

I don't know how you're coming to this conclusion but Bosa gone for year coupled with the billion other long-term injuries we have and you think none of this is make or break?

Bosa alone puts them out of super bowl convo. What were they before Bosa? Saleh needs that kinda pass rush in order to be effective. Without that, this defense will get eaten alive by good offenses. Hell, it already did by the chiefs and cardinals the last two games at practically full strength.

I like the optimism but if we're being honest, just making the playoffs seems like a really big challenge.

And this right here is how I know you aren't actually David Lombardi

C'mon, now. Let's hope and pray for Bosa's injury to be a 6-8 week thing. Let's be positive!!!
Got a text ESPN is saying it's ACL out at least year. Is that true?

Better yet, just abide by the thread title.
The only silver lining to this is that it happened early in the season so he can rehab and be ready for training camp next year.
