Second ACL injuries are more mental than physical these days. Bosa has already recovered from an ACL injury to the point where he started as a freshman at OSU and didn't need a redshirt year. He recovered to the point of being talked about as the #1 prospect as a true sophomore and being drafted #2 overall only cuz a QB was available perfect for team picking #1 overall and that was even after an injury shortened season.

He will be back and beasting again.

What cracks me up are people tweeting about trading Bosa for Watson and bringing up his 2 ACL injuries as a major concern....somehow forgetting or not realizing that Watson is playing after 2 ACL injuries

Frank Gore had a HOF career after 2 ACL injuries and plays a position where speed is much more important.

i cant imagine trading bosa, at least not in his 3rd season (2nd really)

Superstar QB > Superstar DL

Serviceable QB with Superstar DL > Superstar QB with no O-Line

What you choose to call Jimmy is subjective, but F trading away Bosa

Yeah Bosa in his rookie year had a very good argument to be called the best defensive player in football. You don't trade that

Yeah, that Frank Gore guy was awful after his 2 torn ACL's

Yeeeeah, that's like saying the Rams should've thrown in Aaron Donald and juat gone after Watson. Lol at that.
Anybody who thinks it would be a good idea to package Bosa to get Watson is foolish. The SB we just watched shows how much more important a strong DL is than a superstar QB.

Yeah but he is injury prone along with JG, Kittle, Richburg, Ford, Deebo, Mosthurt, and now Mahomes with his stubbed toe

Nick had 12 total pressures, 1 sack, 1 QB hit, 10 QB hurries, 3 tackles, and 1 forced fumble against KC's starting left tackle who held on for dear life on every snap. Imagine what he would've done against the trash left tackle they had out there yesterday.

And I wonder why they didn't.....

As long as we have gone without a legitimate edge presence, we finally get a guy, and people say trade him like he's a future NBA 1st round draft pick.

I don't think the posters in the back of Niner Talk can hear you …

There's a R.E.A.S.O.N. why Nick' name is mentioned when talks about possible compensation come up.
I'm also sure that GM's of the other 31 know type of Havoc a player the likes of Bosa causes

Watson has been dominating with a s**tty offensive line for years now.
for what its worth... watching them not call holding calls on the KC oline was giving me PTSD of when they did it to us... so damn obvious and infront of the of the ref, but I'm pretty sure the ref is wanting to throw a roughing the passer call....I see the big difference was that the WRs on the chiefs side just drop big 1st downs and even touchdowns....it would've put more pressure on the Bucs side.. but they have Brady and we had Jimmy G

Bosa was going against a pro bowl LT in Fisher. If he was out we win the SB hands down. As usual we are not as lucky as other teams. Also, lucky we had a backup C for Jones to pick on.
