My wife was obsessed with exercising, when we met and got married, and she was already in the skinnier side. Over the years and after a couple of kids, she gained some weight naturally ( in the right areas - thighs, ass, boobs) and now looks even better than when she was younger.

The thick girls I used to mess with, now have kids and look

So, IMO, it's probably better to start with someone that is in the skinnier fit side.

Anyways, back to Bosa. I think he comes back hungry and wrecks the league winning CPOY and finishing top 3 in voting for DPOY.

Bosa has been at the teams OTAs the past 2 weeks.
