When whatever you are doing, makes your muscles stronger than your ligaments. It's probably a good idea to stop, and focus on balancing out muscle growth and ligament care.
Probably why Bosa looks smaller after multiple ACL issues.

Yeah he should probably avoid getting his leg pinned and bent backwards by a TE while he's at it

Interesting. He does look noticeably smaller--mainly in his lower body. I know that article says he's still 265 lbs, but I doubt that's always been his playing weight. The Bosas are big boys, and they likely cut weight for the combine to increase performance on drills. Joey was 269 at the combine but later said he plays around 280. He also dropped weight a few years ago. I wouldn't be surprised if Nick played in the upper 260s and is now down to 265.

Yeah people want to play the injury prone card with Nick so bad...yet look at the circumstances? Both times he's been hurt in the NFL has been getting rolled up in the trenches. We didn't see the rep when he got his ankle sprain(but he missed no time that year) but we definitely saw what happened with his knee and the fact that we lost like 7-8 players to knee/ankle injuries in that game, on that field tells another story aka bad luck.
I wonder just how different our season plays out last year if we had the Jets/Giants games in the 2nd half of the season once their new field got a chance to be set properly? We got that trash field week 2/3 and despite blowout wins those games killed our season last year.
If memory serves me correct following guys got hurt on that field - Bosa, Thomas, Mostert, Garoppolo, Coleman, DJ Jones, Witherspoon, Greenlaw

Dude says he's hanging around 260. I hope he doesn't get too light.

He said he's still pushing the same weight as before and his legs are still coming along...I'm guessing he will be around 260ish this yr.

He still weights 267lbs according to him and barrows report
bro looks plenty big
Got to wonder how he keeps the weight off, when he's got to stay off that knee after surgery.
Read the article...
He changed his diet.
Didn't need to read it, it seemed pretty obvious he's on some sort of diet.
Then why ask?
do u mind sharing that article? wouldnt mind giving it a read
