However, you missed my point. Pro athletes bodies are the tools of their trade. I would EXPECT ALL PRO ATHLETES to be hesitant of putting any substance into their bodies and to be more informed healthwise than the average Joe.

And all this uproar and Bosa didn't even say he was against it. He was just taking his time. Yet people here are attacking him for political reasons. The Jason Verrett and Aiyuk threads don't mention anything about their status. That tells me all I need to know.

What is it you "need to know"? Is this a confirmation bias thing

It's a facts thing. Based on this thread you'd think Bosa was the only one. People have been conditioned like Pavlov's dogs that its okay to hate a certain segment of society.

It's obvious that Nick treats his body as a temple and is very particular with what he does with it and what he puts in it. I totally expect this from him and other pro athletes.

I can't see dudes like the Bosas walking into a grocery store and just throwing something in the cart without reading the label for 5 minutes. Similarly, I don't see them running out to get the vaccine like some 500 lb. dude sitting on the couch eating a bucket of KFC who thinks he's informed because he runs watches CNN and the Weather Channel.

The coaches seem impressed with how he went about rehab and how he looked coming in to camp. He cares about his body and his health.

Just…stop.

Dumb Trumpers

A facts thing meaning the factual slants you choose to actually take in and propagate, correct?

For the overwhelming amount of facts you choose to filter out, it's suddenly not a facts thing anymore and becomes about principle.

On people being conditioned with the new social media age we live in,...that's at least 1 thing we agree on.

You will say whatever you're getting from certain sources, unchecked and undeterred.

The reason it's being talked about it's because it directly relates to the actual football you say you miss talking about. We could lose these football players because of their refusal to vaccinate and could lose games because of it . How is this not football?

It's a fact that people are only discussing this in the Nick Bosa thread. It's a fact that there are four other players with the same status on this team, but for obvious reasons the drooling dogs avoid them but come down hard on Nick. We all know what that reason is.

Just saying you've been on this for several days and you completely filter out facts,...for someone that said it's about facts. When it's about facts you take them all in,...not only the ones you choose to pick up.

Lol the stupidity and willful ignorance is baffling. "Don't listen to scientists, they can be wrong. Watch this qanon YouTube vid and you'll understand! "

As for verrett/aiyuk, I called them dumb motherf**kers in this very thread. I don't give a flying f**k if bosa is a trump supporter. There are literally millions of the idiots out there. I DO care if he has to miss games because he's not vaccinated as it affects the niners

Mods? Anyone? How is this not political in nature?
Dude has a personal choice, you either do or do not like it but it's his to make. Now let's talk about actual ON FIELD activities and let history sort the rest out.

This crap is making the threads damn near unreadable as everyone spouts their own garbage back and forth from both sides.

You act like people are discussing Bosa's opinion on foreign policy. His decision to not get vaccinated directly affects the rest of the organization.

Bleeds started off by making it political, did you even read his post?
This is not the thread for discussion about COVID-19, vaccines, vaccination, or anything related to that. If you have a burning desire to discuss those subjects, including how they relate to NFL players, we have multiple threads specifically for that in the Parking Lot. Please post there to your heart's content and keep it out of this thread. Regardless of what your feelings are about Bosa's thoughts and decisions or any other 49er player's thoughts or decisions on vaccines or COVID-19, those discussions almost without exception end up taking over a thread and soon we've got posters going at each other, people posting random conspiracy theories and political comments and the last few pages are a testament to that. The threads dedicated for that are the best place to share your thoughts and views on these subjects, not here.

To clarify:

Comments regarding Bosa's performance on the field, his recovery from surgery, any other issues related to him as a football player, post them here.

Comments that have anything to do with your thoughts on COVID-19, vaccination, NFL vaccination policies, politics or any combination of these, please take them to the Parking Lot and post in the appropriate threads there.

Thank you.
We back
Man I really hope Bosa gets a shot….
