Have to remember that he is not all the way back yet. It's possible that might not even be until 2022. But 75% Bosa is still better than most.

Don't all the top edge rushers get held and double teamed to some extent though?. It's fair to say, Bosa doesn't look like his old self right now.

The Brown's line up Garrett inside, over guards to avoid chips. Why dont we do this?

Because we have Demeco as our D co-ordinator

Let's see what happens this Sunday. DeMeco already lines up Ebukam inside in his turbo package, so I'm sure he's very open to the idea of using Bosa in that manner.

Cause Bosa is still working on mastering his teleportation spell

I think most DE's just figure out a way around it, all good DLinemen get chipped. Guy is still developing and it's technically is 2nd season playing so he just needs some time to figure it out. Maybe he should check out some video's on how Khalil Mack overcomes it with some extreme brutality.

Mack doesn't overcome it when the QB gets the ball out under 2.5 seconds.
I'm more concerned with the chips that keep knocking him off his feet that have been an issue since his rookie year. He was chipped on the goal line sunday by a WR and knocked him on his rear and completely took him out of the play. Not the first time that's happened.

I want to see him figure it out, maybe a speed rush like TJ Watt uses to get around the chip or power his way through like Mack does literally charging and tossing the player attempting to chip him into the turf before they get a chance to hit him like a Trent Williams escort into the endzone while initializing their pass rush on the QB.

I'm starting to think you're just talking out of emotion and not rationale.

If Bosa spends more time about worrying about chip blocks, he's going to be late to the QB. In a game where the QB and playcalling is asking for the ball to be out very quickly this is a lose lose situation. Either he watches out for the chip and is a step late or he's risking getting planted.

And when was this in the game? Surely you're not talking about the player where Lazard holds him as he comes inside?
He got blocked by a WR #13 and taken out of the play.

I think he should just be attacking like TJ Watt or Mack do. Just go 100% into the chip and make your move.

So where in that clip is he knocked on his rear?

He got put on his ass when the Packers motioned a TE near him where Nick probably didn't even see him in the area since he was looking at the ball to get his jump.

That play Nick does go inside and should've kept the edge(although that's assuming it wasn't the call for him to go inside) Lazard hooks him with shockingly no call.

It was a TE my bad but still shouldn't be happening.

Yes they do. It's one reason some teams do a lot of stunts where the DE and inside guy flip after the snap and try and confuse the blocking. They can't hold as effectively and if they reach out it becomes a little more obvious. They've done it a few times under Saleh and I know Aldon and Justin Smith used to do it. The Niners can't just set up in the same look every time and expect to be effective anymore than the offense can. Kyle shows different looks even if the resulting play is almost the same. Ryans needs to change it up a little, especially when they start doubling Bosa and the rush isn't getting home.

They should probably just ask Demeco what's the deal with his "prevent" Defenses In 4th quarter situations.

It wasn't bad calls, it was bad technique.

That was the thing, he didn't go full prevent. Played C-2 zone and c-2 man.
