I think it was a lot more in this game for some reason. I'm sure they felt he'd have a better matchup vs their RT but that would be the case for almost every RT. He actually did pretty good against Whitworth before.

Didn't Bosa have a sack aswell? They really assign too much credit to a pressure. It's why AA always grades well yet you never see him consistently making plays in the backfield

I wish Bosa had some consistent help. The dude getting all the attention should allow the other guy to capitalize. Unfortunately, the 49ers don't have the horses anymore for a ferocious pass rush.

Ebukam hasn't showed hardly anything as far as pass rush. He was the only real addition to the team in that aspect this off-season. I feel like they counted on Ford again this year which was a big mistake. Anything he provides should be considered bonus, not something to count on. The pass rush needs to be addressed much more seriously going forward. Bargain guys like Ebukam should be rotational only. They need a legit FA this off-season. I'm not sure about who will be available though?

Not me. I've always been an AA defender. Pressures are what matters to me when scouting DL. He's still very good at disrupting.
