DE Nick Bosa "Smaller Bear" NO POLITICS

I'd like to see the endzone angle of this rush because, IMHO, that doesn't look the Bosa side scissors/double swipe. We used to call this a move a power pop. I don't think Bosa is as clean with his hands as he's been in the past, which means he will only get better with each game. Imagine that--Bosa will get better with each game.

I found the same Twitter account showing the power pop.

Guy is just a beast out there

Should have more if he wasn't being held in headlock all the time.

+ If he had a friend on the other side that can generate consistent pressure.

Same here, Bosa is my favorite D player since Willis, I miss Willis, that defense was great with him & Bowman in the middle, but this defense can be just as great & scary with Bosa, and if we can get another nice young EDGE, re-sign Jones, Kinlaw comes back strong, I like the Omenihu kid, had a nice stop on 3rd and short.

ShanaLynch's super rare 1st rd pick success.

Literally anyone could have made that pick though. It was a slam dunk the second AZ took Murray.

I get the sense that Lynch and Shanny pick the early rounders and Peters and the scouting dept. pick the mid/late rounders. They need to just let the scouting dept pick them all. They always nail the later round guys.

Not really. A lot of people thought Quinnen Williams was the better pick over Bosa for some reason.

Fine, 95% of people could've made that pick.

Could have had Azeez Ojulari (after the trade down) instead of some slow/soft RG that hasn't sniffed the field

Bosa getting held all the time is frustrating but it's pretty common across the league.

Kinda crazy how unstoppable these passrushers have become. Linemen are a lot more athletic today, too. Watching Lawrence Taylor highlights is insane, he is so much more athletic than the rest of the playing field. Wonder what type of numbers the elite pass rushers of today would put up in the 70s or 80s.

I agree with you about having a bookend pass rusher on the other side, but barring that, I think *in addition* Armstead/Bosa have to do better with their stunts. They are good, but either Armstead/Bosa or even possibly DJ Jones/Bosa. Somebody who can hold the tackle-guard well enough that the refs can't see it to free up Bosa. In other words, either Armstead learns and improves - or maybe get another lineman with stronger gripping power and faster hands to help free up Bosa. That's one way to get rid of those double teams.
raider fans thinking crosby is better than bosa

There a large segment on here that never want to take a player in college that has any injury history. So just hope they never complain about passing on Azeez. I actually liked him a lot. Same with Stokes. One of them should've been the pick over an IOL. Far more valuable.

Stokes was taken in the first round. At that point I had given up
I don't want to get all political or anything but this guy sure knows how to get to the quarterback!

Right. I wanted one of them but with Stokes (and Samuel) gone it should've been Azeez seeing the value that was there.

The PI's and lack of QB hits has been the biggest thing holding the 9ers back. That has to be the priority of the offseason.
